Since 2021, South Shore Action For Hope has donated $40,000 to support research for Type 1 Diabetes. In 2024, we donated $2,000 to Camp Joslin and Camp Clara Barton to support upgrades to the cabins for camp for children with Type 1 Diabetes. In addition, throughout the year we provide Hope Baskets to children who are newly diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes.
